This little dream on three wheels was inspired by my grandfather, Rizzo, who immigrated from Italy to the U.S. with big dreams and a work ethic to match. His story—and the traditions he passed down—shaped the way I see the world: hospitality should feel like home. Whether it was a Sunday supper or a celebration, there was always room for one more, always a toast to be made, and always something delicious within reach.
So when I first laid eyes on the iconic silhouette of a vintage Piaggio Ape, something clicked. I saw more than a utility vehicle—I saw potential. With some creativity and a whole lot of heart, I transformed that little Italian workhorse into a mobile bar built to gather people, spark joy, and celebrate life’s best moments.
