  • What’s Included in Our Packages?

    Each of our packages is designed to provide everything you need for a seamless and memorable beverage service, except for the alcohol. Here’s what’s included:

    • The Bici Barista: Our luxurious, vintage-inspired, electric beverage bar bike.

    • Taps: Full use of all available taps.

    • Bartender: One professional bartender to serve your guests.

    • Service Duration: Beverage service for the agreed-upon time.

    • Menu Planning & Consultation: Personalized menu planning and beverage consultation to tailor your event.

    • Setup & Breakdown: We handle all the setup and breakdown to ensure a smooth experience.

    • Drinkware: Clear plastic drinkware is included, with the option to upgrade to glassware for an additional cost.

    • Essentials: Straws, cocktail napkins, ice, and garnishes are all part of the package.

    Please note: The rental fee does not include the cost of alcohol.

  • Are There Any Setup Limitations?

    Our “bici barista” is electric and versatile, allowing us to set up in a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors. Here are a few things to consider:

    • Entryway Width: We need an entryway that is at least 6 feet wide to fit our di Rizzo.

    • Terrain: Steep hills and wet grass can be challenging for our bike to navigate. We’ll discuss a rain plan and identify ideal setup locations during our planning call to ensure safety for all.

  • What’s Not Included?

    While we strive to offer an all-inclusive experience, there are a few things that are not covered in our packages:

    • Alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic Beverages: The cost of all beverages must be covered separately by the client.

    • Gratuity: Tips for the bartenders are not included in the service fee.

    • Extended Travel Costs: Travel beyond a one-hour radius from Columbus, Ohio, incurs an additional charge of $250 per driving hour.

  • Why Can’t We Purchase Alcohol Through di Rizzo?

    In Ohio, we are not permitted to sell alcohol. However, we’re happy to assist with:

    • Recommendations: We can provide a shopping list and recommend a preferred purchasing partner.

    • Order Placement: We can place the order and have the alcohol delivered, but the client must make the purchase.

  • Do You Offer Non-Alcoholic Options?

    Absolutely! We can customize your menu to include a variety of creative non-alcoholic drinks, such as mocktails, juices, sodas, cold-brew coffee, and more. Just let us know your preferences!

  • How Do I Book a Date for My Event?

    Booking is easy:

    1. Inquiry Form: Start by filling out our inquiry form.

    2. Planning Call: Our team will contact you for a planning call to provide a personalized and accurate quote.

    3. Contract & Deposit: A signed contract and a non-refundable 50% deposit are required to secure your date.

    4. Final Payment: The remaining balance and alcohol purchase (paid separately) are due 30 days before the event.

    Our cancellation and refund policies are outlined in the contract, which you will receive after your planning call and once your quote is approved.

  • Do You Have Insurance?

    Yes, we carry comprehensive insurance coverage, including:

    • Liquor Liability: $2,000,000 liquor liability insurance.

    • General Liability & Umbrella Coverage: Ensuring full protection for your event.

    • Certified Staff: All our bartenders are T.I.P.S. certified and trained to provide safe and responsible service.

  • Where Are You Located and How Far Do You Travel?

    We’re based in Columbus, Ohio. Our standard packages include travel within a one-hour radius of our location. For events beyond that range, we charge an additional $250 per driving hour.

  • Can You Work with Venues that Have a Liquor License?

    Yes! If your venue has a liquor license, they would typically provide both the bartenders and the alcohol. In this case, we can rent our di Rizzo to you at a discounted rate.
